It has been stated by the Ceylon Electricity Board that more than 23000 families resettled in the Northern regions have been supplied with free electricity connections to date.It had been confirmed by the CEB authorities that 85% residents in the Jaffna district, 18% in the Kilinnochchi district while 30% in the Mullativu district residents have
been given electricity connections
