In the conflicts between Sri Lanka and India we have been impartial-China and Russia
China and Russia have informed that they can’t 100% agree with how Sri Lankan government reacts to problem with Kachchatheevu Island and 13th amendment and they can’t take the side of Sri Lanka in any problem that may arise between Sri Lanka and India.
China and Russia have informed this to Sri Lankan foreign Ministry and it has been revealed that this message has
been passed to America.
