The accident took place when a lorry collided with a three-wheeler.
Police said a lorry travelling from Kurunegala to Anuradhapura collided with the three wheeler early Monday
morning.
The injured have been admitted to the Kurunegala Hospital.
Police added that the driver of the lorry has been arrested on suspicion.
