Sakvithi has been kept in the ‘Chapel’ ward where the worst criminals are held. The incident had taken place when he was taken out and kept in a queue with the other prisoners. It was at this moment that Sakvithi had slapped this prison official.
After the incident the other prison officers had rushed to
the scene to prevent Sakvithi attacking further as he had been in a furious mood. He was later taken and handed over to the prison Director. He had been severely warned and had been told that disciplinary action would be taken against him.
It was further revealed that later Sakvithi was taken back to his special ward room.
