Another Succumbs to Injuries
Another 19 year-old youth has succumbed to his injuries at the ICU of the Colombo National Hospital following the incident in Weliweriya, Police said.
Earlier 17 year-old youth succumbed to his injuries while
being treated at the Gampha hospital. More than 30 persons were injured in a clash between the civilians and the army on Thursday during a demonstration by the area people demanding clean water for them.
