22 Years Old Young Boy Murdered
Five persons were arrested on suspicion in connection with the murder of a youth in the Thummulla area.
The Police Media Unit noted that the clash took place opposite a nightclub in the Thummulla area at dawn on Friday.
Twenty- two-year old Jeyakumar Suresh who was identified as a resident of Barnes Place in Colombo 7 was killed following a heated argument.
Suspects who were taken into custody are identified as
residents of Colombo 15, 12 and 14 and two others are residents of the Maligawatte and Batticaloa areas.
The police noted that these suspects are identified to be between the ages of twenty four and thirty six.
