For Cyber War
Russian Deputy Prim-Minister Dimithri Rogozin said that there Is a risk of using the influence on people’s view by the social net- works as a tool in the cyber war.
He explained this at a lecture in Moscow that there is a created situation where some identified persons who are against the present ruling are receiving more information with our knowledge of the other members.
He said that it is a threat to the independency of a country and revealed that U S Government Department has formed a
special section to act in the social net-works. He also said that he has met the Chief of this special section.
“This US attempt to win their goals without weapons will be a military threat in future. This cyber war process is being observed by Russia." he added.
