After the payment of electricity bills people are not left with any money for meals. This was stressed by the Leader of the Democratic Party Sarath Fonseka. He said this while addressing a propaganda meeting at Mawanella.
The party leaders were changing governments during the past 60 years. They are yet to have got the opportunity of

What this country needs is a third powerful force. It is his Democratic party he stressed. In our efforts to go the correct democratic path he was pleading for the support of the people. He had requested the support with utmost respect.
People have been misled giving false promises by the leader.He enjoys to the utmost with all comforts. The electricity bill had been increase almost by50% Once the electricity bill is paid or the children are bought books no money is left for food. These are not the concerns for the government. The fishermen died by going fishing for which the government is not worried and concerned.
There is no discipline anywhere. Teachers are asked to kneel down by politicians. Buddhist Monks are killed within the temples. They have been an instance where a Buddhist Monk set himself ablaze for a protest of cattle slaughtering. There is no justice ,there are women and child abuses in plenty.
