Petroleum and CEB racket accounts for 20 bowsers of fuel

A Police investigation unit had been able to reveal a massive joint racket between the Petroleum Corporation and CEB employees where they have been able to sell fuel contained in 20 bowsers per day at a lesser price to private petrol dealers.
The racketeers had sold a litre of petrol costing Rs 90/ – for a sum of Rs 85/- per litre. It is also had been revealed that when such fuel is sold they add some inferior quality of fuel
along with it. It is also learnt that the power plants may become defective by using inferior quality of petrol.
